“Meeting and strategic implementation”
Meeting in Tokaj, October 04, 2019
REPORT OF ACTIVITIES DURING THE MEETING
AND MEMO OF AGREEMENTS
The following partners attended the meeting:
From the host school, Tokaj (Hungary): Principal Ms. Erika Molnárné Tóth, and teachers: Mr. Sándor Derecskei, Ms. Mária Derecskeiné Nagy
From Ohrid (Macedonia) Ms. Alberta Gulicovska and Ms. Aleksandra Tomoska (teachers)

From Plzen (Czech Republic): Mr. Jan Malata and Ms. JiĆina Uhrová (teachers)
The project coordinators and the persons responsible for the tasks and activities of various project related matters examine the work done so far in relation to what had been stated in the application form:
- Activities, results and end products of the project (see Meeting assessment report).
- Fulfilment of the project objectives so far: all the aims and activities planned so far have been fulfilled.
- Program of the next project meeting (see below)
Discussion on the next LTT meeting in Plzen, The Czech Republic, date of travel and arrival to location: Sunday 29th March, workdays: from Monday 30th March till Friday 3rd April, leaving on Saturday 4th April 2019.
- Each school will participate with at least 6 students and 2 teachers. (Different numbers will have to be agreed upon.)
- Availability of hosting students with families: their special needs must be sent to the Czech host partner.
- Schools have agreed to prepare the following materials to be sent to the Czech partner before the Plzen meeting:
a. after doing a research on an example of a well-preserved and/or restored UNESCO world heritage sight
b. students create a case study of this in which they describe it in 1600–1800 characters
c. and include 3-5 pictures
The deadline for this task is: 20th December, 2019.
It has been agreed, that we are going to share a bus organized by the Czech school and visit the places detailed in the application.
Dissemination:
- Webpage, the Czech partner has taken responsibility to upload all the material produced so far on the official website. Deadline for home page release: 30th April.
- E-Twinning, the Italian partner has opened the e-twinning project page and invited all teachers to join. Teachers from each partner school have to upload their materials and to invite their students to join the project and to take active part in the discussions. Notes, documents, photos and presentations may be uploaded until the deadline: 30th April.
- Schools are required to use the project logo in every document and final product and to send a final copy of their works to the Czech school to be uploaded on the project website.
- Expectation and Evaluation sheets: the same template is to be used for all the meetings. The hosting school will take responsibility to analyse the data and prepare a short report to monitor the students’ appreciation of the project
- Communication among partners will be continuous during the implementation phase. It will be carried out in e-mails, Facebook messages and Facebook group. Communication among students will be encouraged in the closed student Facebook group and on e-twinning.
- During the school year every school will use the materials produced during dissemination events at their premises in the times they will find most agreeable.
Due to the withdrawal of the Spanish partner all their tasks and responsibilities have been redistributed among the other partners. In particular:
- The Hungarian group has introduced Agenda 2030 into the project activities
- The Italian school has taken charge of E-Twinning
- The number of mobilities originally planned for the Spanish LLTA have been distributed among the remaining LTTAs.
- The intended visits to the National Park were substituted by Galicica National Park in Macedonia and Aggteleki National Park in Hungary.
A final teachers’ meeting is going to be held in Ohrid, Macedonia from 30th May (Saturday) to 2nd June (Tuesday), 2020.
