Rediscovering traditions in Italy

  • In Italy we found out about very beautiful and interesting traditions such as Easter cakes and locla traditional pasta. The gandmothers who came to the workshop showed us how to make the pasta and they even gave us the chance to practice. We discussed about the importance of keeping traditions alive , we took photos of our experience and then we edited them in multinaitonal teams.

    We learnt a lot about local producers and we got to see what making cheese and  mozarella is like. We then discussed about people who still make a lot of their food at home and maybe make it a business.
