organizes panel discussions for the youth of the city to provide (mobility) opportunities for the youth & to encourage the youth to take part in local government entities... 

My school debate club members were really active in October 2018!

They discussed opportunities for the youth living in rural and urban areas of the City in the Technical School... and the future of Europe and Slavonia (an underdeveloped Croatian region where Slavonski Brod is situated) in the City Library...  This is where and when they met (and were enthusiastic to listen to) Biljana Borzan, a Croatian European Parliament Member...
