Strahoninec Primary (Tea)

In Croatia, which is mostly Catholic country, we normally don't celebrate Halloween. However, the American influence is everywhere around us and the decorations around the shops are all around, mostly for fun and scary masks or costumes can be bought.

In our school we talk about Halloween traditions in English classes and we compare our cultures. The emphasis is on intercultural learning, we decorate the classroom with spooky decorations and the lessons about Halloween are fun for students.

Here are the photos of our English classroom. We had a help of our Art teacher and her group who helped in making of the decorations:
