    Greek salad (GRECCE) 

    Greek salada realy healthy and fresh dish and very easy to be made! It is made with tomato, cucumber, onion, pepperoni, olive olives and FETA cheese.  We just put all these in a plate and we add olive oil, salt and oregano! Just watch the video:

    Tzatziki (GRECCE)

    This is a classic Greek appetizer (or “meze”) made from thick strained yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and fresh dill. It’s super simple to make, it mostly accompmies meat disches. 

    The disadvantge: The smell (because of the garlic). Tzarziki for sure is not reccomented as a dish before a meeting :) !!

    We like to eat our traditional bacon rolls as starters. In every Latvian celebration we bake them (decision based on our suvey)Starter? A soup, of course... :)   (Slovakia)
