Greek GAMISTA by ROBERTS AND HIS TEAM- KATRĪNA, PAULA, HARALDS

We were making this food called Gamista, basically it is stuffed paprika/ sweet pepper. Gamista's ingredients are: rice, minced meat, paprika, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. First we needed to bake minced meat, we had to put the squeezed garlic to the meat, then we had to cut onion in small pieces, we put the pieces to meat, then we had to put the finished meat in the oven and start cooking. We had to cut paprika in half, then we had to clean inside of the paprika. When meat has finished cooking, we put the meat into paprika. Then we had to cook the gamista again, for little bit less time. Then we enjoyed the food!

COOKING in SLOVAKIAN style :) DAMPLINGS by VIKTORIJA STEPANOVA
First of all, we made dough..
We took two 250 ml full glasses with flour, poured it in different and bigger kind of dish and took another glass.
Half of the glass we poured with milk and another half of glass - with water.
Put in egg - mixed it.. Added one teaspoon of salt - mixed it again..
While we were pouring it in the flour and slowly mixing it to get dough, we realized that we need more flour, so we can get right looking dough..
After that we rolled out dough in the bag.
We cut the meat and onions in small peaces.
    Added salt and pepper.
Mixed meat with other ingridients well.
We rolled out the dough and put the meat on it in lines.
With untouched side of the dough we covered the meat and pressed sides well, so the dumpling wouldn't open up.
