1. Project description

  • Introduction to the project

In our society, the pace of life forces us to perform our daily actions in the shortest time possible. In the same way that we run to school, we also do it at the time of eating; we choose to consume products that may be harmful to our health.
In many students we can see the trend to choose products such as pastries or fried appetizers, leaving aside sandwiches or fruits. Talking about drinks, they often prefer carbonated drinks to other healthier options. These options also imply an increase in waste caused by packaging in our land. Our schools are involved in sustainability projects that include health and sustainability as their main objectives, and want to share their actions, taking advantage of getting known during a mobility exchange.

    Aims of the project

    Students will have to:
    - Develop English skills to share knowledge.
    - Use ICT tools to share information with partner students.
    - Analyse information about healthy lifestyle and sustainability in our schools.
    - Suggest improvements in our dayt-by-day practices to improve our health and environment.
    - Get in touch with different language, culture and traditions.
