  • FIRST YEAR

    PRELIMINARY STEPS

    • 3rd of December 2017: project submission
    • 6th of December 2017: the project is approved by both the French and the Italian National Units
    • 6th-12th of December 2017: other partners join the project
    • 6th-16th of December 2017: the teachers create accounts for their students

    1st STEP: MEETING THE PARTNERS

    6th of December 2017 - 25th of January 2018

    • The classes will introduce their towns and schools
    • Each student will introduce themselves to the partners (short video posted in the TwinSpace)
    • Each student will choose an international partner based on similar hobbies and they will exchange email/ chat
    • The teachers will introduce themselves to the partners
    • The teachers will choose the claims which will be discussed in the debate step and assign them to the students

    2nd STEP: CONNECTING TO THE PARTNERS

    26th of January 2018 - 11th of February 2018

    • Each student connects their name to one partner's name on a padlet
    • Each student write a 50-word text to explain why they chose that student
    • For teachers: to entrust each subtopic to a partner who will be in charge of it
    • For teachers: to decide how to form teams and make them interact

    3rd STEP: DEVELOPING THE SUBTOPICS

    11th of February 2018 - 30th of April 2018

    • Students form the teams
    • Each team develop the subtopics they are in charge of
    • Each team uploads the produced materials to the assigned page
    • Each team creates a test about their subtopic
    • 3ACEM create a game to explain polimerisation and how we can eat microplastic and deliver it to 1H students

     

    SECOND YEAR (ITALIAN CLASSES)

    4th STEP: STUDYING THE SUBTOPICS

    • Each team studies materials produced by other teams

    5th STEP: TESTING AND EVALUATION

    • The now 4ACEM and 5AMEM students take the tests created by all the teams
    • The teachers evaluate the project as part of PCTO for the now 4ACEM and 5AMEM students
    • The now 2H students take part in a national contest about plastic recycling and sustainability by COREPLA
