OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study (Questionnaire) is to determine Top 10 Common Traditional Games in partner countries for including them in European Book of Traditional Games to be created by Romanian partner during 2^nd implementation year of the Project.

PROCEDURE:

1) Each partner shall implement the Questionnaire below to determine Top 10 Common Traditional Games in their country,

2) Each partner shall prepare an “Instruction Sheet” for each game determined. Instruction Sheet shall include

a) History of the Game: Brief history of the game (up to 200 words)

b) Goal of the Game: what is the target in the game (how to win, if there will be a winner)

c) Materials of the Game/ Preparations Needed: to be enlisted (1, 2, 3, …)

d) Rules of the Game:  to be enlisted (1, 2, 3) and described

e) Illustrations of the Games: (high resolution) photographs related to the game (the photographs shall be placed to the relevant part; for example, photos of materials shall be included in “Materials of the Game” section of the Instruction Sheet.

Each partner school shall determine respective 10 traditional games through a simple questionnaire given below:
