Unfortunately the Covid pandemic started in February 2020 and it effected our project badly.

The last mobility with students could not take place in Celle, Germany, due to the pandemic.

Students in each country had to stay at home for quite a long time - in some countries longer than in others and they had to do online schooling.

The workload and also the phsycological pressure was really high and teachers and students had to cope with the new situation. During this time there was no time and energy and room for online alternatives to the mobility.

After the summer break almost half of the project students were no longer in their respective schools.

We did extend the project for 6 months in the hope that the last meeting with teachers only could take place in order to see and plan a future cooperation. However, the second pamdemic wave came and countries went into lockdown again.

Unfortunately we will now close this project without a proper final meeting, but since the cooperation worked really well, the teachers are open to a new cooperation once we are rid of Covid!
