APRIL 23, 2018 - ARRIVAL AND FIRST CONTACT
The students and teachers from Spain and Portugal arrived in Warsaw throughout the morning and were received at the school, there some students participated in the classes. During this day the Erasmus+ group got a traditional welcome lunch in school, then accreditations and Erasmus + material was distributed. The students spend the afternoon with families and teachers enjoyed a integration afternoon.
APRIL 24, 2018 - WELCOME IN THE SCHOOL AND VISIT TO THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF WARSAW
This day was dedicated for an opening act in the school with the collaboration of members of the project and students involved in the project. The morning continued with the presentations about partners schools and performances for guests prepared by students from Poland, then it took place a visit of school premises. Work meeting for teachers lasted from 13:30 pm to 14:30 pm to deal with different aspects of the project such as: the logo of the project, the task to be done for the next meetings, organization of work on Wordpress Blog, Instagram and Facebook. In the afternoon the game “Treasure Hunt” was hold in the old town giving the opportunity to visit the town and its surroundings.
APRIL 25, 2018 - CULTURAL DAY
The students and teachers spend this day enjoyed a cultural attractions in Warsaw. They took part in a guided tour of Royal Castle and Tin-Roofed Palace. In the afternoon, after a walk through Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, they came to Polish Academy of Science (PAN) in Staszic Palace. In that place from 14:00 to 15.00, they had a lecture about security systems used in Poland in relation to storage important documents and old books.
APRIL 26, 2018 - RESPONSIBLE USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS
The fourth day of international exchange was dedicated for responsible use of social networks. The morning was spent in the Museum on the Vistula where students and teachers participated in workshop “Media images of the world”. In the afternoon the group visited The Copernicus Center and took the pictures needed for the activity “Photographic marathon”. The teachers were at the concert at the Chopin Museum.
APRIL 27, 2018 - RESPONSIBLE USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS AND CLOSING ACT
The morning began with the workshop “Photographic Marathon”. The students worked in groups and created large posters, showing various aspects of mobility in Poland: our friends, Polish food, monuments of Warsaw, school life in Szkoła Podstawowa nr 368 im. “Polskich Olimpjczyków”. At mid-morning, there was a place for “Board games” about social networks. Each game was designed by guests students, required to use the videos and photos that different groups took during the previous days of exchange and apply social networks that are used in the project. The students performed many tasks of an interactive way. After the lunch it took place a presentation and workshop with the topic: “Good and bad face of social networks”. At 14:35 p.m. every student gathered to attend the certificate delivery ceremony.
APRIL 28, 2018 - DIFFUSION OF PROJECT AND FAMILY DAY
In the morning, games and sports activities were programmed at school, but students asked teachers to spend the day with the host families. Although throughout the week the students spent the afternoons with their families, the labour and domestic obligations had not allowed to make the most of the coexistence, so teachers agreed with students and, therefore, Saturday was the "Family Day". Teachers asked students to develop some activities on dissemination of the project in family homes with the collaboration of all. In the afternoon and evening each delegation went back home.
