    Since last year, the   IESO Colonos, located in the town  of Gévora  has coordinated an Erasmus + KA 216 project called    "Towns for teens, teenagers daily life"  involving two centers more, one of this called   EVDOMO GYMNASIO IOANNINON  located in Ioannina (Greece) and the other one called   Yıldırım Beyazıt Anadolu Lisesi    and located in Kirikkale (Turkey).
    With This project all partners try to increase young people's capacity to work at EU /international level, promoting European values.

    In order to achieve the above objective, the three partners are creating activities for our students, one of these activities being presented here. As you can see, it is an activity in which the central theme is the European Community and the whole activity is being developed through the escholarium platform.
    .

    What is   eScholarium?

    It is an integrated platform where:

    • to have almost any data in real time, in an agile and reliable way, facilitating the decision making for the improvement of the quality of the educational system;
    • perform all tasks and activities related to academic and administrative management in an agile and efficient manner, and provide advanced services through the Internet;
    • and establish a collaborative environment for the different members of the educational community, bringing the center closer to the family and vice versa and enhancing the participation of all in the development and progress of Education.

    This "Virtual Learning Environment for Non-University Education", to be called "eScholarium Virtual Education Environment", continues, with this new stage, a new plan initiated by the Counseling of Education and Culture, which is framed in ITER, the Program Strategic of Educational ICTs in Extremadura, as Plan "Community Educational 2.0" and has been approved at the Extraordinary Council of Cáceres on 29 September 2012, which will allow teaching with digital textbooks.
