1.1.- ONE  DAY TRIP TO CACERES

Cáceres is a UNESCO world heritage city situated in the province of the same name, of which it is the capital. Extremadura's biggest city after Badajoz, Cáceres has plenty to offer. The city is most famous for its beautifully preserved medieval old town, enclosed by the city's original medieval walls. A mixture of architectural styles are displayed all over the town, including thirty original towers from the Muslim period. 

We visited Caceres during the Tuesday evening. This trip helped us to know how the cities have advanced.
