My senses and mindfulness

  • Children must understand how we perceive our environment through the senses. Sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch can distract us from our daily activities or rutines and they can also help us enjoy our world.
    We have helped children to work their senses with this experience and to enjoy their world through attention or what is called "Mindfulness". We need to be concentrated in the dailylife but also to pay attention to the details when it is neccesary.
