1.Presentation of the well known sportsman/sportswoman from our country.
2.A meeting with a sportsman.
3.Creating the perfect menu for a sportsman.

We also talked about healthy nutrition choices, trying to understand and create a menu of an athlete. So, we observed the portions of a healthy plate, that all children should follow.
Then we learnt which food belong to each category of the plate.
We also filled our plate with healthy food.
We proposed some healthy meals, using our toys, based on our list.
Then we discussed about the hours of meals and we created the following poster.

We used the educational program Kidspiration, and we placed healthy and unhealthy foods in the supermarket's baskets.

At first, we came into contact with Mrs. Aidinli Irini, who is an athlete of Gymnastics, nominated with an olympic medal. She was very happy to welcome us in her etablishments in Chalkida, where she presented her team.
We watched the exercises and a show of Gymnastics.
Afterwards, she showed us some of her medals.
As Gymnastics is basicly a women sport, we decided to visit the local stadium in Chalkida, where our local basketball team "Kymi B.T." was preparing for a match. The players talked about healthy nutrition and gave us advice how to become basketball players. Our students gave them a poem as a present.

Today we met Anja Tepeš.
Anja Tepeš is a retired Slovenian ski jumper. She made her World Cup debut on 3 December 2011 in Lillehammer, Norway. Anja is the daughter of Miran Tepeš, a former ski jumper and active FIS technical delegate, and sister of ski jumper Jurij Tepeš.

Τsirgioti Eleni kindergarten of Avlonari, Greece-all day class
Our students had the chance to meet mrs Eirini Aindili, a famous Greek Olympic athlete in rhythmic gymnastics. In the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000, Eirini was the leader of the Greek team and they managed to gain the bronze medal.
