    Ash Monday (or Clean Monday) is the end of the Carnival and marks the start of the Lent and 49 days of fasting although nowadays few people strictly fast for the whole of Lent. Greek Orthodox fasting excludes meat, fish (but not shellfish), dairy products and eggs. More or less it’s a vegan diet which is very salutary for the Health.


    Explain that the digestive system consists of various parts that enables food to enter your stomach, be absorbed and distributed, and be released from your body in the form of waste.Begin the lesson by reviewing the major organs of the digestive system and the function of each. Make sure your discussion covers at least the following parts of the digestive tract: esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and colon.
