PLACES IN MURCIA (SPAIN) WHERE BIODIVERSITY IS RESPECTED AND NOT RESPECTED:

The picture bellow shows a place where biodiversity is respected. "CALBLANQUE"

Because it is protected by the legislation of the region of Murcia.
In summer they establish car limitations and a service of buses instead of using the cars.
That means to fight against  degradation,  clouds of dust and trampling  which are attacking in the most sensitive areas.

 

The second picture shows a place where biodiversity is not respected. "MAR MENOR"

Because  there’s a lot of tourism. Fishing has reduced its fauna considerably, the opening of channels to the Mediterranean sea also allowed the entry of invasive marine species. An important problem is the proliferation of jellyfish  because of different causes: raising of water temperature, mutants caused by the increase of agriculture will be a problem in a near future in its basin.
