    Healthy drinks - preparing fruit coctails

    In Radom our kids mixed various fruits with milk and then drunk delicous and nutricious drink. They also had a lot of fun and time to memorize names of different fruits and herbs.

    Healthy baking - gingerbread

    On 31 May pupils in PS in Radom prepared own cakes - gingerbread. Lots of spices, specially cinnamon and all fresh ingredients (strawberries). That's the recipe for a delicious dessert. Instead of buying a highly processed food it's much better for our health to eat home- or schoolmade meals.
