VOLUNTEERING IN ANIMALS SHELTER(Jonava senamiestis gymnasium,LT)

In Jonava there are 2 organisations that take care of homeless cats and dogs. Jonava is not animals friendly town because according to the numbers giving by volunteers in our town there are thrown more than 200 dogs and cats every year.

Therefore volunteers are needed to look after homeless animals and our project team members decided for a very important good deed-volunteer in an animal shelter "Penktoji koja" .They take care of animals, clean cages,walk the animals out,clean the rooms, make photos of animals and publish them on social media to find families for animals.Here you can see some episods from daily routine of our volunteers' life.
