My youngest pupils of the form 1-B didn`t get regular marks during their first school year. But as an award for their answers they got dibs which they eventually could exchange on the golden ones. As a result every pupil made his own progress poster that was designed as a "Progress board" and was exhibited in the school hall to make their teachers and parents happy.
