On 7th April 2017 we celebrated a „Daffodil Day” in Slovakia to help people who suffer from cancer.

Over last 20 years there have been promotional activities in the country to raise money to sponsor cancer research and hospitals. One of the activities is public fundraising: in the city centers, in the shops, in the streets, at schools,…

There are lot of volunteers involved, especially students.

 

DAFFODIL DAY AT OUR SCHOOL

When we donated some money, we could take a daffodil to pin it on our clothes.

Having a daffodil on our clothes, we showed our interest and caring.

It is important to help.
