1st HANSE meeting held at Vegova Ljubljana between 8th and 11th November 2016. Our schedule was:

• Tuesday, 8th November: 
  • 9.00–14.00 arrival
  • 14.00-16.00 meeting at the Headmaster’s office
  • 16.00–18.00 city tour and dinner with the first group (Spain, Finland and Slovenia)
• Wednesday, 9th November:
  • 8.00–9.00 visiting school premises and meeting Mr. Torul (English for special purposes)
  • 9.00–9:30 presentations (schools, education system)
  • 9:30 – 10:00 legal obligations
  • 10:00 – 10:30 time plan (scheduling future events)
  • 10:30 – 11:00 how to run the workshops
  • 11.00 – 11.30 break
  • 11.30 – 14.00 eTwinning, discussion about alternative game plans
  • 14.00–18.00 trip - visiting Postojna caves
• Thursday, 10th November:
  • 9.00–11.00 discussion, assessment
  • 11.00–11.30 break
  • 11.30–14.00 conference (presentation of the project and HANSE partners)
  • 14.00–18.00 discussion, final thoughts
  • 18.00 official Hanse dinner
• Friday, 11th November:
  • Extra meeting of coordinators to plan workshop in Oulu
  • Departure 

 

Lession of English for Special Purpose:

We agreed to the next activities, which will be performed until first workshop in Oulu:

1. Each school create one logo for our project.
2. Each school develop at least one version of the game.
3. Each school prepare one lesson. The lesson will be presented to other students at 2nd workshop in Finland.
