Ice breaking activity

EN: In order to break the ice and get inspiration for devising their EU Games, the pupils played at the Europa games and exchanged in the Forum about the games they enjoyed and what they learned about Europe.

Read below a selection of the posts from the Forum:

I played the " Language Quiz". From this game I learned some curiosity about European language, traditions and countries.

I played "Memory game". It"s really nice and when I was a child I played on it every day:)

I played the "LinguaGo" and I learned the names of certain languages in English. I didn't know that "maygar" means "węgierski"(in polish). I thought that name  will be similar to the  name of country- Hungary. I was positively suprised :)))

I played the game " Let's explore europe". This game give a good chance to test your knowledge about Europe. For example I learnt that Valclav Havel is the last President of Czechoslovakia and the first President of the Czech Republic, or that the capital of Cyprus is Nicosia. So, it is a very interesting game.

I played at "Let"s Explore Europe!". You can find out more about Europe and memorize the flags of the countries or cultures. Can play by yourself or with friends. The game is very cool!!! :)

I've liked ''Where's the coin from?'' and other games but I liked the most that game, because I think it's a good way to learn about other coins and, like that, you will know for the future, when you are going to travel, which coin of which country.

I played at "Memory game", it's a game of memory, you have to choose the boxes and see if the two countries chosen are identical. With this game, I've learned the flag of different countries like Lithuania or Slovenia.

FR: Afin de briser la glace et trouver de l'inspiration pour concevoir leurs Jeux sur l'UE, les élèves ont joué aux Jeux Europa et échangé dans le Forum à propos des jeux qu'ils ont appréciés et ce qu'ils ont appris sur l'Europe.

J'ai joué au jeu " de quel pays vient la pièce ? " Il fallait trouver à quel pays appartenait la pièce. J'ai donc appris les différents modèles de la monnaie en Europe. Par exemple, la Pologne n'appartient pas à la zone euro alors que l'Espagne oui.

J'ai joué au jeu " Jeu de mémoire" ce qui m'a permis de découvrir les drapeaux de certains pays que je ne connaissais pas !

Comme le drapeau de la Lituanie

Ce jeu consiste à trouver les bonnes paires de drapeaux au millieu d'autres cartes.

 

Et j'ai joué au jeu "à la découverte de l'Europe" qui m'a permis de savoir où se situe la Roumanie

Ce jeu consiste à répondre à une série de questions sur l'Europe le plus rapidement possible.

Salut! j'ai joué à "Euro Run" et je pense que c'est très amusant et pratique, parce que tu peux en apprendre beaucoup sur l'histoire de l'Europe et d'une façon très amusante, parce ce jeu est comme Super Mario Bros.
