***SPAIN ADVENTURE BY DOĞA PİŞKİN FROM TURKEY

  •

    Hello,

My name is Doğa. I’m a fourteen-year-old girl. I’m keen on travelling and seeing new places. Therefore, me and my family try to go somewhere when we catch an opportunity. Last summer we went to Spain. First, we went to Andalusia. We visited some towns in there. It was a really historical area. Besides it is the place where Salvador Dali was born. So we visited Salvador Dali’s Museum. It was extraordinary and it impressed me.

Then, we went to Madrid. It is the capital city of Spain. It was a more modern city than the cities in Andalusia. There were a lot of cafes, restaurants and shopping centers. We ate churro which is a famous kind of dessert in there. We visited the train station in Madrid. It was a huge building and there was a little zoo in it. Also we visited the Official Stadium of Real Madrid.

At last we went to Barcelona. Barcelona is located by the sea. So we had a chance to take for a walk by the sea. We did shopping at the La Rambla Street. It was a long street through trees. We visited Sagrada Familia Cathedral. It is one of the most famous sights in Barcelona. We ate paella which is the local dish of Spain. It was so tasty and I loved it. Finally, we saw a flemenko show. It was the best dance show I have ever seen.

I would like to share some photos above concerning my amazing adventure and travel to Spain...

This place is really worth visiting. ThanK you Doğa that you have shared this story with eTravel bugs. INARA (LV)

Doga, the next time you or some of the students in this proyect come to Spain, please tell us, because maybe some of the Spanish team was in the place you're visiting. Anyway, It's true that we live quite far from Barcelona or Andalucia (500 and 800 kilometres far). I'm glad you enjoy our country. CARLOS (SPAIN)
