Transnational Project Meeting
St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Blaydon

Minutes of the meetings.
As agreed by the group.
It was agreed by all that if any activities from the previous year have not been completed we will make sure that these are completed by 31st December 2017. It is each schools responsibility to check this information.
It was also agreed that each school should upload a short document that explains the rationale behind the activity.
All activities uploaded to the Google Drive also need to be added to the e-twinning site. Again it is the responsibility of each school to achieve this.
Banbridge Monday 12th to Friday 16th. Travelling at the weekend ready to start in school on Monday morning. People may leave on Friday afternoon.
In Catalonia
21st -25th May
Travelling at the weekend ready to start in school on Monday morning. People may leave on Friday afternoon.
Monday to Wednsday, teaching in the class, workshops in the afternoon to include green screen training.
Thursday visit to Belfast.

Details for the Spanish trip to follow closer the time.
Croatia will bring students to Northern Ireland. Italians will bring students to Spain.
Coin/ Money project.
Note designs could be used. Designs for coins could also be used. However it is very important to link this with the historical aspect of money. The pupils will produce the designs but also the reasons for choosing these designs. A minimum of 2 designs studied with 1 design for the new money. Completed by March 2018
To create a movie from Books to Film.
The children need to make a movie using any technique that suits the school. This could be a traditional tale but whatever suits the current school curriculum. Completed and uploaded by June 2018.
Making Key Chains.
Croatia will send videos of how to make historical traditional key chains. The other countries will make these in their own school, videoing the activity and sharing on the drive. To be completed by July 2018.
Street Art
Create videos or photos of street art within the area. The children could study a style of street art and recreate it in their own environment. Completed by 2018
Christmas Cards
We will send Christmas Cards to our partners.
As mentioned earlier
We will agree to apply for the e-twinning label. All people will need to upload info to before we go to Northern Ireland.
Catalonia will try to investigate the creation of a blog but if this cannot be accomplished Ireland will also investigate the possibility. England will also investigate the use of Google Sites to create a possible website.
Everything needs to be uploaded so Ireland can add all the info to the platform.
Ireland reported back on the feedback from their report which was the consensus from the other partners.

It was also discussed that we should not be afraid to ask for assistance or if we have any good ideas we need to share them.
We are going to create an evaluation template to be used for the LTTA and for TPMs
It was agreed to make sure that the host school would record all minutes and details of the meetings
Next TPM will take place in Sweden around the week of the 8th Oct. 10th and 11th for the actual meeting days.
