5 DECEMEBER: SKYPE 1st active digital citizenship conference' / OUR SUSTAINABLE RECIPE

  • To conclude the first part of our project: 'My world'/Your World', children from Valladolid and Grangetown are going to celebrate the first ‘Valladolid-Grangetown active citizenship conference’

The main points of the conference are:

    • Meet each other. Children have created and exchange their own ‘Active e-journalist badge’ (I am an active e-journalist/citizen) to introduce themselves and now it´s time to reveal who is who. Each child is going to have the chance to meet his/her ‘eTwinning friend’ and talk to them.
    • ‘Reveal’ the winners for the digital citizenship poster competition. Pupils have been working on digital citizenship (I am a digital citizen) trough different activities. Children from Grangetown have designed their own posters and children from Valladolid, after voting using the tool tricider, are going to reveal who is the winner.
    • Christmas (cooking and sustainability). To celebrate Christmas as active citizens, children have created together a special Christmas recipe according to sustainable cooking and the global goals. In the conference, children are going to share ideas and some challenges in relation to our recipe (quizzlet live).
    • Q&A time. Children can ask and answer questions to their friends.  Reflect and have a look to some of the activities/Challenges.
    • Feedback. (Assessment, improvement, future actions…)
