Minutes of the HUMREV Transnational meetings and of the mobility weeks

  • MINUTES OF THE HUMREV TRANSNATIONAL MEETING  IN CODIGORO, ITALY  - 8TH/9th  SEPTEMBER 2016

    In the meetings of the 8th  and of the 9th of September 2016 the partners agreed on the following terms:

    1.Revising  the Final Protocol for Common Action:

    a.   Meeting Reminders: No. 2 and No.3

    b.  Reminder of the amendment concerning how to deal with expenses in the last transnational meeting in Alicante.    

    2.Discussion of the Minutes for Poland:

     a.    Bus transfer: Poland has  received the money from Finland and Germany but not  yet Spain and Italy. Poland and the partners will settle it.        

    b. Europass - the Polish colleagues ask for more info: once a common  template has been chosen, they have to check that each partner complete the Europass for each student involved in the mobilities.

    c. a 3-minute VIDEO of each school  should be brought to  each mobility;  the FORMAT can be whatever makes it  to YouTube. To avoid  inconvenience, each partner has to send all videos and presentations  one week before the mobility by uploading everything to Google Drive common account created by  the coordinators.

    3.Problems with e-mail addresses:The e-mail header is to be checked and a new list will be typed during the meeting;

    The sending of an e-mail concerning every partner should be posted on the Whatsapp;

    When receiving emails all partners should confirm their reception.

    4.Requests and Proposals:

    Each school has to name an ICT co-ordinator.

    A report about dissemination has to be sent to the Spanish coordinator (only Italy has already done it).

    A report of all expenditures every partner has had, according to the different budget lines (up to the mobility week in Poland), has to be sent to the Spanish coordinator in digital format on Google Drive (in English). The invoices must be kept while a total calculation for each line is needed.

    The future reports will be sent after the meetingsin each country.

    To be able to help every partner to supervise and exercise the responsibility given,“coordinationteams” should be named on:

    - Impact within the school (through surveys to the school departments, contents on human rights included in the curricula)

    - Dissemination of the project by making, at least, an outstanding and broad spectrum Dissemination action along the project, sending out media releases once or twice a term, outreach activities to other schools.

    - H-Days activities and others based on the Right to work (Italy), minorities (Finland), migration (Germany), Gender Equality (Spain), also considered long-haul activities.

    - Europass and Mobility Tool.

    - “Deputy coordinator” in charge of budgetary control and supervision. These teams would be in charge of sending a report once a quarter to the school which has a given task.

    e.Once all partners have read it, if there are no amendments to make, the school coordinating the meeting should sign and deliver it in the following mobility.

    f.languages in addition to English, to show the European linguistic diversity and to motivate colleagues.

    5.Discussing the tasks for the mobility in Italy:

    a.The activities on the Right to work should go on for the first term.

    b. The tasks will be revised, according to Antonio’s ( University of Alicante) proposals, and sent as soon as possible.

    c.German partners won’t be able to change the teachers’ curricula except for the activities mentioned in the tasks.

    d. Spain is planning one activity for the 6th Form and one activity for the secondary.

    6.H-DAYS’ activities:

    A short recording of the activities carried out on each H-Day should be taken (better sent previously) to the next mobility: Children’s Day and Peace Day to Finland, International Women’s Day and Earth Day to Germany.
