Minutes of the HUMREV Transnational meetings and of the mobility weeks

  • Minutes of the Humrev partner meeting at the Gorzow mobility

     

    In the meeting of the 10th of June  2016 the partners agreed on the following terms:

    Bus Transfer Gorzow <-> Berlin

    The costs for the bus transfer from Berlin to Gorzow and from Gorzow to Berlin will be split between the partners. The transfer from Berlin to Gorzow and back will be split the following:  ¼ : Spain, Italy, Finland, : Poland and Germany.

    Airport transfer for transnational meeting/mobility Italy

    The bus transfer to Codigoro to Ferrara will be provided by the Italians. So the partners have to pay for their transfer from their designated airport to and from Ferrara.

    For the last mobility in Spain the partners are allowed to take the double amount of students. But not more teachers. If the partners want to take more than 2 teachers, they will have to pay for themselves. Further details are enclosed in Candela’s e-mail.

    Candela’s proposals

    The definitions of periods and terms are defined by national standards.

    The more projects the partners are able to do, the better.

    Afternoon activities or student body government projects are included in this.

    Every project in connection with Humrev is going to be included in the reports.

    There are three reports: At the beginning, the middle (Jan-Mar 2017) and the end of the project.

      H-Days

    The partners agree on the following H-Days:

    20.11.2016: Children’s Rights Day

    30.01.2017: Peace Day

    08.03.2017: Women’s Day

    22.04.2017: Earth Day

    The topics of the H-days will be covered in classes before, and the days itself have to be commemorated on the day itself.

    Every partner prepares a presentation about the activities and projects and the commemoration of each H-day.

    The presentations will be shown and shared at the following mobilities: Finland : Children’s Right Day, Peace Day

               Germany)      : Women’s Day, Earth Day

    The school presentations shown at the Poland mobility will be uploaded on the Humrev homepage

    There are no more introduction of each school during the mobilities. The students taking part in the mobilities will inform themselves about the different partner schools.

    Each school sends their rules and regulations to the other partners or will introduce the partners to their school(-rules) in an appropriate way. (Please include holidays and exam periods).

    Before each mobility the partners will be informed which students are not allowed to be photographed or filmed. These students are expected to avoid situations in which they could be filmed or photographed in small groups.

    Europass

    There will be a Europass certificate for each mobility

    The Europass will be applied for and filled in by the partner that is hosting the mobility.

    It has to be checked, if the Europass certificate is also available for for students of the host school who are taking part in the mobility.

    Output

    The term “refugees” in the outline will be changed to “migrants”.

    Guide of teaching methods

    The mobilites are a test for the teaching guide.

    Each host school writes a report about the mobility, this should include problems and recommendations

    Report: after mobilities (to be sent to partners one week before next transnational meeting)

    Itinerary: is expected after each transnational meeting for the following mobility

    e-twinning

    Each partner registers till the End of June

    on twin-space and e-twinning live

    Each teacher is responsible for his/her students

    Students create profiles on e-twinning

    Each partner has to participate

     Miscellaneous

    Each partner can take min. 5 to max. 8 students to each mobility

    Money can be distributed freely within each partners’ budget (Please note Candela’s latest e-mail about the budget!)
