Sunday June 5th Airport transfer
Guests arrivals: Spain – Berlin Tegel 1:30 pm Finland – Berlin Tegel 9:05 am
Italy – Berlin Schonefeld 3:25 pm
Due to different time of arrivals the coach will be waiting at Tegel airport at 2 o’clock. Spanish and Finish guests are kindly asked to wait and then will be taken to Schonefeld airport to collect guests from Italy. Predictable time of arrival to Gorzów around 6:30pm. The Germans arrive by train directly to Gorzów at 6:32 pm. As soon as you arrive to Gorzów the students will be taken care of by host families. The teachers will be taken to “Gracja” hotel www.hotelgracja.pl
8.00 pm dinner for teachers at the hotel
Monday June 6th
9.30 am Welcome to our school meeting; Short introduction of a host school (a short visit to Polish classes and the partners’ presentations) ;
The results of Logo contest (done by Spanish guests);
Short music performance (Polish group);
1.30 pm Lunch for students at school (teachers have lunch in Mironice Resort at 2.30pm)
3.00 pm students leave for Mironice – integration meeting (outdoor games and activities, bonfire)
7.00 pm – return to Gorzów
Tuesday June 7th A trip to Kraków
5.00 am – departure to Kraków
- City tour of the most interesting places (Sukiennice, Barbakan, Brama Floriańska, Rynek Krakowski, Kościół Mariacki, Katedra na Wawelu)
- A visit in a Museum of Terrorism
- free time for a quick lunch
- check-in in the hotel, dinner at the hotel
Wednesday June 8th A trip to Kraków
7.30 – 9.00 am breakfast at the hotel
9.30 pm check-out; leaving for Oświęcim Concentration Camp - Sightseeing tour in Oświęcim
Lunch
Leaving for Gorzów - Arrival in Gorzów at about midnight
Thursday June 9th
9.00 am “Freedom of thought, conscience and religion” - a conference at the Gorzów Philharmony (a lecture ‘Only One World’ )
Presentations of multimedia projects (religion in our countries max 15min each)
Questionnaire results – summary (max 15 min each)
11.00 am Coffee break and the piano concert
1.30 pm Lunch at school
4.00 pm 5km Freedom Run in Słowiański Park (for students and teachers; walking is allowedJ; please remember to take your running gear)
Free time for students with host families
8.00 pm Dinner for teachers
Friday June 10th
9.00 am City tour and a Human Rights outdoor workshops in the city centre
Afterwards free time in the city centre (shopping, sightseeing)
1.30 pm Lunch for students
Free time with host families
3.00 pm Farewell dinner for teachers
6.00 pm Jazz concert at the theatre
Saturday June 11th
Leaving for Berlin (departure time to discuss)
