SEASONS IN REUNION ISLAND

In Reunion island there aren't really four seasons

We have the southern winter from May to November, the southern summer from November to April and a period which looks like spring from November to December.

The day with the longest time of sunlight is on December. 

The day with the shortest time of sunlight is on June. 

Below are more details.

In winter we don't have snow. Exept for rare cases in "Piton des neiges" (3071m) which is the highest summit of the island and "Piton de la Fournaise" (2632m). This happened three times in ten years for example.
