Novska Elementary School students marked World Space Week. The theme of this year's week is "Women in Space". They exhibited their works in the hall of our school.
World Space Week was celebrated this year from October 4th to October 10th. As part of the World Space Week project sixth, seventh and eighth grade students learned about space with their Science and Physics teachers.
Seventh graders participate in the eTwinning project "Women in Space" researching and presenting about women in space in Physics classes. They determined knowledge through quizzes and interactive activities.
An exhibition with models of the solar system, posters about women in space and a photobooth have been set up in the school hall.
One of the students' comments was that it was very cheerful and interesting. We are looking forward to such a large series of activities. We are looking forward to the next World Space Week!
