1. When writing your message, use the same courtesy as face-to-face communication.

5. Respect privacy and original ideas.
6. Make sure you can use the information you found online. If there are no conditions for the use of that information, and you use them, be sure to state their source, ie the original author.
7. Do not use capital letters. It is a sign of yelling or anger.
