Outcomes and intangible results expected at the end of the project:

Outcomes:

- the realization of an eTwinning dedicated to the project, and a facebook  page

- the realization of flyers/paper brochures which explain the project

- at least 8 different entrepreneurial ideas

- students portfolios and Europass Documents

Intangible results (competences and skills acquired):

-the involved students will be able to recognize their entrepreneurial characteristics, to distinguish                             the principal elements to create a business plan, the economic-financial plan, the marketing strategies, the analysis of the market demand ,

- they will have improved the team- working attitude, the relationship capacities and the management of complex problems;

-the involved students will be able to reach an awareness of their attitudes and limits, the autonomy in learning through the working method  and the capacity to acquire knowledge and skills starting from real problems, and practical and direct abilities congenial to the school course which will make their employment easier;

-the involved students will acquire a greater relational and self-marketing competence;

-the involved students will acquire the tools to benefit of the possible mobility opportunities for studying and working inside the European economic space and surfing through the Euroguidance, Ploteus, Salto Youth and Eures nets;

- the teachers, the school system and the partners involved will constitute a dissemination point of the entrepreneurial culture introducing an innovative entrepreneurial-based training system

- the partner schools will have: 

   - experienced the use of new learning methodologies, to be replicated within their own training systems in terms of sustainability of the project proposal, 

   - adopted innovative approaches based on cooperation and students’ participation in the planning/ realization/ assessment of the activities and 

   - deepened their European relationships and their ability in the creation of international nets aimed at a development of the political European priorities 

   - developped their skills in management of  projects financed  by the EC;

 

-the teachers and the project coordinators will have deepened their ability in SWOT analysis and in the managing of complex partnership and consolidated their motivation for teaching in a stimulating and innovative environment;

- all participants will have developed a greater aptitude for internationalization and a greater consciousness of the importance of active citizenship, international education and European mobility as a working opportunity as well as a moment of human and personal growth, of exchange and cooperation;

- each involved student will be equipped of his own qualifications portfolio universally recognized within the European context and the partner schools will have acquired the necessary skills to be able to give their students, at the end of their course of study, the European certificates ;

-lastly the project will realize a greater awareness and diffusion, also through families and stakeholders, of the themes related to the self-employment and the lifelong guidance and the opportunities offered by the structures operating in the field.
