The objectives of Budd.E.R.S. then are:
- Organize an integrated training system that can offer students the opportunity to enter the lifelong learning system;
- Provide opportunities for students to get directly in touch with the world of business and labor;
- Allow them to express their potential and aptitudes and interests and to better understand the limits, developing transversal competences;
- Enable students to learn from practical experience and learn to communicate and work in an international team;
- Training of human capital and create opportunities for employment;
- Build an orientation on job search and analysis capabilities and motivations;
- To overcome the traditional methods of teaching and guiding young people in the acquisition of autonomy and capacity, starting from facts;
- Instill skills of self-orientation and train students to have confidence in themselves, demonstrate initiative, flexibility and elasticity of mind, of willingness to change;
- On the side of teachers, Budd.E.R.S. stands the purpose of initiating a progressive restructuring of the educational and teaching techniques which are not limited only to the classic student-teacher relationship, but to explore the opportunities cognitive integrative activities and the transmission of non-formal skills useful throughout the 'arc of life, to work alongside the theoretical concepts;
- The opportunity for students to test themselves through a real business simulation, even making mistakes, in an environment protected from the consequences of their economic and financial sphere;
- Educating young people to evaluate the role of experiencing a whole range of business experiences, including group work, the development and design of new products, production, sales, marketing and finance;
- To improve the capacity to relate to and be favored in the selection process of personnel, diagnose resources and personal characteristics to define potential entrepreneurial profiles;
- Guide students toward developing a business idea, verifying its compliance to their personal characteristics and the estate in relation to the socio-economic context.
