European added value

  • The European added value of the Budd.E.R.S. project can be synthetized in 3 main points:

    1. The project is susceptible to deploy a potential of 240 new young entrepreneurs: according to a study carried out by the European Commission, in fact, a percentage between 15% and 20% of high school students that participate in a enterprise education program will start his own company. Even those who do not start their own business company are able to find a place within labor market: 78% of students with an entrepreneur training are hired after the University degree and 59% after the high school diploma
    2. The partner institutions will benefit from a major impact in terms of internationalization and qualification of its offer school: a perspective of increased integration of the European educational systems, the creation of stable networks of horizontal cooperation with institutions of the same educational level and with external institutions are the reasons why the project represents a significant European added value, which is also likely to produce its effects in time, even after the exhaustion of the European funding granted for Budd.ERS
    3. Given the extent of the partnership, Budd.E.R.S. has a significant European added value and aims to impact on a large portion of the population at EU level. The Action Plan for Entrepreneurship in 2020 prepared by the European Commission document on which our project bases its objectives, gives secondary education a central role in the development of enterprise policies: in this regard, the creation of a cooperation network between institutions (which sees in Budd.ERS his first test) is highly motivated to continue and to consolidate cooperation through participation in future projects under Erasmus +, even with the inclusion of cross-sectoral subjects like SMEs and associations, and other programs devoted to innovation of teaching practices and social challenges.
