Lesson: Animals and pets

We started the lesson with a Prezi presentation about the classification of animals. 

Students were than put to work in pairs. They had to choose their favourite animal, draw it and write a short description about the animal. After that we took photos of the animals and made a video using Biteable.

Students continued working in pairs and investigated some fun facts about different animals using the website 

www.sciencekids.co.nz/sciencefacts/animals.html

Than they made Word clouds using Tagxedo

We made a Padlet wall with the Word clouds pictures of different animals

Now play a game with us and practice the name of animals/pets
