    Project despciption:

International cooperation across Europe in all participating countries is seen as an important factor for regional development, for that reason we would like to participate in this project and thanks to its activities, we want to develop good relationships between European citizens and share professional knowledge among European employees on different levels and types of institutions. The rationale of our project is to enhance the quality of primary education in all participating countries by introducing innovative practice related to robotics, exchanging examples of best practice and comparison of Czech, Slovak and Dutch educational system. During the project life cycle, the involved school and non-school organisations will deal with the topic "Robotics moves the world", they will carry out local and international activities focused on formal and informal education and to examine cultural diversity. The target groups of this project involve project partners in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and the Netherlands, local communities in these participating regions and other indirect participants at whom the dissemination will be aimed. All partners will carry out local and international activities focused on formal and informal education to examine cultural diversity. The participating authorities, who are also funders of educational institutions will benefit from the results and will disseminate them to other authorities, who are not direct partners of this project. Local non-school organisations - educational free time centers - will be involved in the project to handle with robotics during free time activities prepared for children. Schools as main facilitators of this project will enable deepening an intercultural dialogue, try to continue to develop cooperation of involved partner towns and their educational institutions, enhance pedagogical competences of the participants, especially in the field of IT, modern technologies and science. Needs addressed by this project include development and deepening of openness of pedagogical workers towards reflective practice, which includes methods of analysis and assessment of their own educational activity. Emphasising personal, social and cultural development of children and pupils through creative and communication activities are essential goals of this project which focuses especially on the following educational objectives: - getting acquainted with the place and the environment, in which the child lives and creating a positive relationship with it - creating an elementary awareness of the broader natural and technical environment, their diversity, development and continuous transformations - development of social and aesthetic taste - creating an active attitude towards the World, to life, positive relationships to culture and the arts, development of skills to express and manifest these relationships and attitudes - getting know the rules of social coexistence and their creation in the natural socio-cultural environment, understanding the basic expressions of nonverbal communication which is usual in the environment During the project we plan to organise mobilities of staff of all participating institutions as well as mobilities of pupils of involved schools. These mobilities are important for transnational development. As learning with and from partners abroad is a key component of an international project. Our project is firmly in line with Erasmus+ Specific Objectives and should improve the level of key competences and skills, foster quality improvements, enhance transnational cooperation, the dissemination of good practices, the international dimension of education and training and improve the teaching and learning in the EU, for that reason it should be carried out internationally.
