The pupils give information about themselves, including some pictures, and sharing it on the website. Some presentations in pdf have a link to a video the students have shot for their European partners. The pupils of the other countries can read and watch these presentations.

A2 Matching October 2015
A custom made computer programme will match pupils based on input about hobbies and habits. Within the matched groups, pupils will ask each other questions using different media like social networks and e-mail.
Sending Postcards: October 2015
All pupils send postcards to all partner schools with pictures of their national region, including messages and greetings in their own language.

Workshops
Students experience a number of creative activities in mixed international groups. They also work on their methodologies concerning video editing, entrepreneurship, media communication so as to expand their transversal skills. The workshops also focus on editing the video, which will be one of the final outcomes.
Aside from creative activities and practising their English proficiency, the pupils get to enjoy some multilingual activities as well, in which they learn some basics of each other's languages and are shown that the languages of Europe have much in common.
Cultural exploration of the country
Both teachers and pupils are introduced to the interesting landmarks of the hosting country, to enrich their cultural background.
International Dinner
The participants of every country bring some national specialities which are prepared and served during the international dinner which is also open to other stakeholders like parents, locals and authorities.
Discussion of the project
During the conference, in special meetings, the teachers discuss, evaluate and adjust the project.
Promoting school life: November 2015
The pupils take pictures of fun school activities to promote school life, and poste them on the website, in a separate folder, together with a few sentences which describe what they enjoy about school.

The pupils will read the reports of their international partners on the website and process them creatively. The outcomes will be published on the website again for everyone to admire, as international interpretations.

Basic language learning: March 2016
Finally, the pupils have worked on basic sentences in various languages. They have been introduced to common sentences in each others language, and have made a list of the 20 most used phrases.

Workshops
Students have experienced a number of creative activities in mixed international groups. They have worked on methodologies concerning video editing, entrepreneurship, media communication so as to expand their transversal skills. The workshops concerned Art, Music, Dance, Creative writing but also focused on editing the video and preparing the audio book of the two stories, and the paper version of the outcome of the "creative writing" workshop.

Reception at townhall / Local media
Pupils and teachers have been given the opportunity to meet the officials people of the hosting town. The national TV RAI 3 (the regional News) came to film the students at work on 14th and the information about the conference was broadcasted on the NEWS for two days.
E4Youth Day: May 2016
Some associated partners are primary schools. Three classes of the partner school in Imola (Innocenzo da Imola" (a middle school with pupils of 11 - 13 years old) have received our students who presented the "E4U" project and gave lessons in Eglish on some European Countries represented in the project (Norway, Turkey, The Netherlands and Germany). These lessons were held in April and May. We show the final products, explain the goals and the methodology of the project.
