GOALS: 

• Gather all the documents in the educational record. It will be published in each of the languages of the participant countries as well as in English as common communication language between the partners
• Review the documents collected thus far in the project.
• Compare the data gathered against the initial objectives.
• Reach to common plans for the subsequent school by school implementation of the methodology applied in the project.
• Collect all the audiovisual materials required for the production of the documentary.
• Detail strategies and resources available for the local, nationwide and European broadcasting of these products.
• Introduce the Erasmus+ team to the local authorities
• Collaboration in the Project closing Event
• Introduce the Erasmus+ team to the educational community: welcome reception
• Project closing Event
• Cultural visits

Dissemination:

Spain proposes some activities to carry on in september - Italy already run a big external dissemination on the 19 - All countries are free to disseminate the project in the most effective way they can.

Evaluation plan:

We're going to gather the level of satisfaction about project using Google forms - focusing on:

 - Cooperative learning method/ Multiple intelligence Theory - for TEACHERS

 - Sense of wellness and satisfaction with the project/opening mindset to Europe

ACTIVITIES:

General management of the final issues of the project - Discussions and aggreements about: dissemination and evaluation plan for schools - sustainability plan - videochatting activities - Final dossier

DECISIONS TAKEN: 

• We're going to have an online event all together and play together a KAHOOT game about countries
• We're going to deliver final questionnaires only to teachers and to coordinators - For this purpose we've created 2 questionnaires. They will be answerd in english.
• Final dossier -  Aga and polish team will revise and sum up the 4 questions chart
• Final documentary film - Mal and slovakian team will put: all european and project logos, school partners, the main focuses C.L., M.I.T., Little Prince, the 3 cooperative challenges, some frames from the polish and estonian meeting - The video should be positive and emotional It shouldn't be too long
• About M.I.T we meet our goals though the different cooperative learning activities made during the project - Even in the children meeting we meet and stimulate different intelligences. All kids were involves and respected. All teachers involved in the project kow more about the M.I.T.
• About sustainability: put on the school official documents both active methods and Europeanization. Each school should try to continue the path of active methods and Europe  -
• Check in the GDRIVE the chart about FINAL REPORT
• FINAL REPORT: Raul will start writing the final report - he puts in the GDRIVE, we read it and we add what we need to add in different colours
