CHILDREN MEETING - POLAND - MAY 2017

  • GOALS:

    • Create and monitor aristic workshops for students to produce the Little Prince sculpture with the use of Aronson puzzle” cooperative technique.
    • Agreements about next  cooperative challenge surveys 
    • Gather the materials produced so far to have them included in the educational dossier. 
    • Discuss specific elments of the next transnational meeting in Spain;
    • Agree on specific tasks to complete for the next transnational meeting to be held in Estonia.
    • Visits to the Etnographical Park. Kielce  , Cracow and sports centre "Olymipc" in Strawczyn for extra activities (making cloth doll; treasure hunt; guided tour and quiz; sports activities)

    • Treasure hunt in cooperative groups to discover Kielce
    • Making doll workshops in the Etnographic Park in Tokarnia
    • Meeting with parents with the countries presentations 
    • Watching school perfromance "The Little Prince".

    • Creating the exhibition site
    • Opening of the art exhibition

    • The bonfrie with families and teachers

    COMMUNITY BUILDING: 

     Ball game/  Treasue hunt/ Arson puzzle

    TOOLS: 

    • ANIMOTO and Movie Maker to prepare a video
    • SMORE to prepare a poster to advertise the inauguration of the statue 
    • TOONYTOOL  to prepare comics stripes for each art worksho
    • materials gathered in the atelier to preapre a sculpture

    METHODS: 

    DECISIONS TAKEN: 

    Rene will prepare the general blank data sheet FOR ALL THE 4 DOCUMENTS within the 1st of september n for each challenge

    Within the 3rd of November we have to filling in the 3 general sheets, with the average of each factor

    SPANISH MEETING  13-15 november (travel days 12-16) - Hotel needs to be decided, but the area is the same.

    NEXT STEPS:

    01.09.2017 Estonia (Lauri) will make a video tutorial how to
    compose a music song.
    01.09 - 29.09.2017 Slovakia makes one lyrics (2 verse and 1 chorus). Main
    theme Little Prince.
    29.09 - Slovakia will upload the lyrics or shares them by email to other
    country's
    30.09 - 29.10.2017 All country's (Italy, Slovakia, Estonia, Spain, Poland)
    will translate the lyrics to their own native language using cooperative
    method.

    In case you haven't composed anything, take worldwide known or famous
    native song and switch lyrics.
    29.12.2017 every country will upload his music song (sheet version) to the
    G-drive.

    Shoe-box design (Nov-dec 2017)

    * Every country designs a shoe-box with a band stage and the costumes
    * Record the video with puppetry about 30 sec.

    Music arrangements (January 2018)

    Estonian team will do the musical arrangements and upload the sheets and
    tutorial videos for players to G-drve.

    01.02 - 28.02.2017 Every country will make with his own song a dance step
    tutorial video.
    28.02.2017 - upload the video into G-drive

    Dance moves learning time (mar 2018)

    Turning the performance there is only one dancer and we add 2 more dancer
    outside of this project (Estonian girls) to get more
    influence for this project.
    01.03 -29.03 Estonian (extra)girls will learn the steps

    Video installation (Feb-apr. 2017)
    ------------------
    80% of video installation is made at Italy.
    20% can be add in Estonia
    Italy is responsible for video installation
    15.04.2017 is the deadline for uploading the videos for previous
    presentation.
    * Italy can use shoe-box video
    * Different meeting videos, pictures in Poland, Italy, Spain
    * Video should include this project
