Strong points:
This meeting was an opportunity to meet each other, to show the region and the school, to show willingness for a fruitful collaboration in the development of the project activities.
Participants discussed their personal and institutional expectations of this project.
Good organization of activities, lovely hosts, sightseeing of Satu Mare city, willingness to solve all problems, sensitivity to culinary habits of participants (Muslims, vegetarians), hospitality.
Weaknesses:
The background that each partner has in relation to the way the project is carried out, due to the projects that have been developed previously.
Lack of cohesion within the project team.
Difficulty in deciding the dates of TTALA and TPM activities.
Time too short to cover all issues that need to be discussed.
Opportunities:
Knowing the partners and form an opinion on how each team will have got involved in the project.
A point that some find weak can turn into opportunity for some partners: Twinspace as the project platform – getting acquainted with the possibilities that this tool offers and the importance of using it in the project.
The team agreed that two days are too little to run the project meeting activities.
Threats:
Resistance to change in the running out of the project activities.
