    LETTERS TO THE EARTH

    In this book almost 40 students contributed to our book from France,Turkey and Romania.They draw pictures,wrote letters and shared their ideas and feelings about the nature and environment.Lycee Alain students prepared our book cover. All responsible teachers have mentored their students and we are now so glad to share our book.

    The sincerity of these letters makes us reflect on how much we owe to mother earth and on how much our well-being depends on her, even if we often forget it. We are convinced that we have now reached the turning point because everyone, and us young people in particular, have become aware of ecological issues and will fight for a better world.

    The letters are very nice, they have made me think about how often we damage the earth without realising it. Nowadays we struggle to avoid pollution. It’s not easy but we have to, also because keeping to pollute makes us feel guilty.
