Here we can talk about our food...

    From Paris

We made some bread in class. It is not an easy recipe. It seems simple: some flour, some yeast of baker, some water and some salt.
You can find in "Tell me what you eat" page our report photos.
Very soon, we shall suggest you experiences making with these ingredients ! You can reproduce them with your pupils.

Hello from Paris, France (1st grade)

The pupils explain why they like the festive meals.

They like the decorations of the table, well to eat, to be in family and they can go to bed late.

    They photographed their festive table.

For Christmas, in starter we often find: oysters, foie gras, salmon.

We find Chrismas yule log on many tables .

In our school, there is a big cultural melting pot. Some pupils celebrated Christmas with a Brazilian meal.

    in starter : oysters, salmon

    Chrismas yule log

The CPD pupils (Paris, France) were very interested by their friends pictures and texts. They had shrimps, oysters and Christmas yule logs too...

Here is our school canteen. The canteen manageresses prepare 600 meals every day for the pupils of the nursery school and the primary school, and the teachers.
It is not a self-service, the children are served by the staff of the canteen.
The children discovered in astonishment the huge size of ustensils and devices to prepare the meals.

And your canteen, which does it look like?

French CPD pupils were very interested in seeing the huge equipment in the school cantine. To listen to their friends asking questions and to the Canteen chef to answer them.

And they remembered with pleasure the pleasant Christmas meal (and the chocolate Santa Claus).
