Building a NEW garden (2021-2022)

After returning at school in September 2021 we decided to build a new garden to give the plants more space to develop. We discussed the possibilities and came up with the idea to use the front side of the school.

First, the place was cleaned from weeds and special plastic cover was put on to prevent it from growing back.

Then, different kind of flowers as well as herbs were planted and the big trees were pruned.

Last, a compost bin (black box) was also installed as a valuable fertilizer to recycle leaves and other organic matter.

The whole process took place from October 2021 until May 2022.
