The Spanish  garden has been looked after by a group of students led by a teacher. Each week a group of six students have cared for the plants. One of these students has been in charge of documenting everything in a journal.

We have used a copy of the free gardening journal which we have adapted for our own purposes. We leave a link to the webpage that offers this resource.

Garden Setting - 29 April 2021

On 29th April 2021 we set our garden. From that day onwards, we took care of it weekly in groups of 5-6 students. One of us was the journalist, which means he/she took pictures and wrote an entry in the garden journal.

Just a few days before the summer holidays, we had our harvest of tomatoes, green peppers, aubergines and cucumbers.

We also had some lettuce, herbs and flowers, of course.

15th December 2021

On 15th December 2021 we planted our winter vegetable garden. The vegetables that we chose for winter were broad beans, peas, little raddish, garlic, spinach and lettuce.
