On Friday the 5th of December 2020 the coordinator of the Erasmus Program “Walking Together” in Poland, Marcin Pasnikowski, had arranged an online meeting on Google Meet platform at 5:30 p.m. local time in Greece for all participant countries: Poland, Greece, Italy, Turkey and Portugal.
All participants introduced themselves to each other, briefly presented the country they represent, the ancient history left behind by their ancestors as well as amazing places to visit considered to be an eye-catching attraction for tourism.
Our conference was extended to other interesting fields of discussion such as the one related to each country’ Educational System which apparently proved to be differentiated from Primary to Secondary levels of education worldwide.
We additionally discussed about the pandemic situation in each country, restrictions enforced by the government related to Covid-19, vaccination as a thought of protection and safety.
Online classes continuation with our students was another issue for discussion as technology makes our work harder from home, time consuming, indicates weaker communication at times as the online system crashes, although it has become an inevitable part of our school life and we need to compromise with, no matter what the circumstances are, for the best of our students.
Finally, our conference ended up with the Poland coordinator announcing to all participant countries a timetable of activities that we all need to work as a team (teachers and students) in order to produce great results for each monthly upcoming motivation. We introduced our logos as a part of October-November project activity and the rest of the schedule’s activities have deadlines as followed:
