    SID2021- PART1

During the IoT activities, the students learned that their smart devices at home can be remotely accessed and managed by applications installed on their smartphones and realized how important it is to secured our personal data. They searched on the internet to find out what permissions on our personal data can access some of the most common applications installed on their smartphones and present their work using the Whiteboard.fi web2.0.

    SID2021- PART2: VIDEO

The students, in order to secure their personal data on the internet, programmed their BBC Micro:bit to create secure passwords. Pressing the Button A, the micro:bit will generate a random number, the Button B will give a random letter and by pressing the A+B buttons we will get a random symbol. Students used their microbit to generate an 8-character long password and test it to the OurSecureIsYourPassword tool. Thank you Iva and Stavrouls for your wonderful ideas!!!
