- 13.30-13.40 hr: Brief introduction to the programme and the agenda/assignment for the day
- 13.40-14.15 hr: Presentation by external speakers

- 14.25 hr: Start group work in the group channels
- 14.25-14.45 hr: Getting to know each other better
- 14.45-15.15 hr: Interviews round 1 (school, incl. corona)
- 15.15-15.30 hr: Short break, chit-chat
- 15.30-16.00 hr: Interviews round 2 (town and country)
- 16.00-16.15 hr: Putting together the summary documents (+ upload)
- 16.15-16.30 hr: Round-up and assignment (presentation)
