  • We have been in quarantine for 36 days. Schools are closed for 36 days and I missed my students very much. Education was interrupted and we are trying to make for it by online courses. I am working at a primary school in a village. I am sending homeworks to the students. But it is not very effective because some of them don't do their homework and feedback is not very possible from distance. Not all of the students have internet or computer at their home because it is a rural area.

Today is 23rd April National Sovereignty and Children's Day in Turkey. We celebrated 100th anniversary of Children's Day in quarantina in the balconies. Our great leader, the founder of Turkey Republic, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk bestowed this day to all the world children 100 years ago.

It seems that schools are not going to open this semester. It is raining outside and this is the view from my window.

We have been at home for four days in a restriction of going out put by the government. We spent our Ramadan Eid (fest) at home. Tomorrow restrictions for all people will be removed. Effects of coronavirus is decreasing day by day. Number of people who die from coronavirus is decreasing. And the number of people who are healing is increasing, hopefully. Schools are not going to be opened this education year. We will start in September if everything goes in the right direction.
