The short-term joint staff event in Turkey held in April 17-23, 2016. 

According to the project application it was planned to organize the short-term joint staff event in Spain, but due to cancellation of Spanish partners in participation in the project, the event was replaced to Turkey with NA approval in advance.
During the short-term joint event teachers in Turkey studied dynamic innovative digital online Aurasma platform, QR codes in the learning and teaching process, tools for surveys creation SurveyMonkey, exchanged digital skills among project partners, got acquainted with Turkish culture, traditions, musical rhythms and school’s life and digital possibilities in the classroom of Engin Can Gure Ortaokulu.
Six surveys were worked out during the short-term joint staff event in Turkey.
1. Surveys on analyzing project activities for teachers;
2. Surveys on analyzing project activities for students;
3. Surveys on analyzing short-term exchanges of groups of pupils;
4. Surveys on analyzing short-term exchanges of groups of pupils for parents;
5. Transnational meetings final surveys for teachers;
6. The last “Surveys for parents/local community on Erasmus+ project process during the project and at the end of the project’’ was substituted with “Final survey for project coordinators” for project effective evaluation before submitting the final report to NA.
We have concluded that mutual understanding and successful communication are the main strategies to overcome problems and misunderstanding. 
Many thanks to our nice Turkish colleagues making us feel safe and comfortable in Turkey. We spent wonderful and unforgettable days in this nice country, met hospitable people, participated in amazing activities at school, visited interesting and beautiful places. During working session the aims were fully achieved.
